Shipping & Return Policy

 

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped no later than 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. You have several shipping options available to choose. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience. 

Returns Policy


All secondhand items are sold “as is” and are non-refundable. Our “FINDS” are sourced from estate sales, flea markets, thrift stores and antique stores and as pre-owned items, may contain some imperfections, wear and tear, and we do our best to disclose all product measurements and imperfections in our listings, so be sure to look at all photos and read the descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our “Home” products are all handmade items and as such, are subject to imperfections in consistency, color and burning profiles due to the wood and other materials used to complete the project. Be sure to look at all photos and read the descriptions before purchasing. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at support@fighollowfarm.com with a photo of the damage and we will be happy to issue a refund.

Print-On-Demand Product Returns Policy

Because each of our items is custom printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To submit a claim, simply email us at support@fighollowfarm.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

Once approved, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

A Few Notes:

  • Refunds are processed through our print partner (Printify). Refunds typically return to your original payment method (currency differences may apply).

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address or delivery issues outside our control, we may issue a product-only refund.

  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
